The Springbrook Partnership
Manage change well
The Springbrook Partnership has built its professional reputation on helping our clients navigate the storms of transition and uncertainty at key developmental stages in their careers.
Our professional values have been forged through years of good practice, not speculation.
Our specialism is in creating connections between the now and the not yet; between the person you are now and the person you both want and need to become. Genuine transition and change doesn’t happen unless we actively prepare and plan for it. The Springbrook Partnership will help you understand your potential and actively map out how you can realise it.
As trusted advisors we provide expert tailored coaching, consultancy, mentoring and spiritual direction to help you find your way forward and traverse between the known and the unknown.
In today’s world we believe that the boundaries between these disciplines need to become increasingly more porous. Dexterity and agility are core to what we offer to our clients.
We are equipped and ready to walk with you in these uncertain days; to identify and maximise your skills, helping you to build your bridge into tomorrow.

What we can do
Our Services
The Springbrook Partnership is committed to work to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. To support this The Springbrook Partnership is a member of the Association for Coaching (AC). It also works within the ICF Code of Ethics.

COACHING
It’s tempting to think that we all navigate through life blindly. But the reality is that we’re each writing a map, charting where we’ve come from and indicating where we’re going.
The aim of coaching at The Springbrook Partnership is to help you control your own map, giving you an understanding of your past and present journey, and helping you to set a direction for the future. Coaching offers the challenge to become more self aware, to take responsibility for your own development and to realise more of your own potential.

MENTORING
None of us have all the answers. There is always more to learn, no matter what your sphere or area of expertise. Getting perspective, wisdom and encouragement from those who have gone before us can help unlock incredible personal development and empowerment.
At The Springbrook Partnership we can draw on years of charitable sector insight and significant leadership experience to help you step up to the next stage in your career – or life. This kind of direct and focussed relationship can be the catalyst in helping you to not only define, but reach your goals.

SPIRITUAL DIRECTION
Unconsciously many of us have detached our spiritual lives from the realms of work and family. We compartmentalise and leave our faith out of serious business – or even family – decisions. But, we cannot deepen our walk with God without it also transforming our personal and professional lives.
Giving time and space to reflect on, and deepen, our walk with God is a significant opportunity to discover our true, full potential.

CONSULTANCY
There are times when we need someone to come alongside and help us to get unstuck, to help bring a fresh perspective and a step change to unlock powerful thinking. It is our privilege to be able to come alongside business owners and senior executives to help re-ignite their thinking and work through critical seasons of transition and organisational change. Also, to inspire and shape strategic thought, and to bring an injection of fresh energy to raising and equipping authentic leaders.

Leadership Programme
The Inside Out Leader
Leaders today face a scale of change and challenge we are unlikely to experience again for at least a generation. We can view these as a mountain too hard to climb or we can embrace them as presenting fresh opportunity. At The Springbrook Partnership, we encourage our clients to be embracers of challenge and change, we see our role as enablers to equip leaders as they journey forward.

As leaders, the months and years ahead will require continual navigational course correction as we are required to be adaptable and lead with courage through uncertainty.
We believe this is only possible if leaders are able to lead from the values embedded deep within them – leading from ‘who you are’, in other words, leading from your inner motivations and passions – it’s all about being an ‘Inside Out Leader’.
A central piece of your engagement with us will be working with you to enable you to give description, voice, expression, character and colour to your values as an ‘Inside Out Leader’.
As an example, the graphic here illustrates our own Bridge Partnership ‘Inside Out Leader’ values.
Values are essential equipping for our journey. Values provide the rudder by which we navigate.
- What is the narrative of my journey?
- Where have I come from?
- How did I get here (where I am today)?
- Where am I aiming to get to?
- What have been the key drivers in my journey?
- What impact would I like to make?
- What are my as yet unfulfilled dreams?
- What legacy would I like to leave?
All these components and many more are the areas where we engage with our clients, empowering them to be courageous and adaptable ‘Inside Out Leaders’.
“Change is situational. Transition, on the other hand, is psychological. It is not those events, but rather the inner reorientation or self-redefinition that you have to go through in order to incorporate any of those changes into your life. Without a transition, a change is just a rearrangement of the furniture. Unless transition happens, the change won’t work, because it doesn’t ‘take’”.

‘In the past few years, Eddie has journeyed with me through some my greatest ‘successes’ and supported me during my most painful leadership season to date. His ability to ask laser-sharp questions enabled me to gain deep insights into situations I was facing.
