Manage Change Well
The Springbrook Partnership has built its professional reputation on helping our global clients navigate the storms of transition and uncertainty at key developmental stages in their careers.
None of us have all the answers. There is always more to learn, no matter what your sphere or area of expertise. Getting perspective, wisdom and encouragement from those who have gone before us can help unlock incredible personal development and empowerment.
Our professional values have been forged through years of good practice, not speculation. Our specialism is in creating connections between the now and the not yet; between the person you are now and the person you both want and need to become. Genuine transition and change doesn’t happen unless we actively prepare and plan for it. The Springbrook Partnership will help you understand your potential and actively map out how you can realise it.

Christine brings years of administrative and organisational management in the not-for-profit world, the NHS and latterly for the Police Service. Her values and work ethic have been forged in these worlds of public service and always seeking to put the client’s needs first.
From the inception of Springbrook, Christine has developed our strong relational values in supporting our clients and interpreting their requirements.
She is our Director of first impressions in terms of anchoring down appointments and making sure that our clients’ needs are fully understood. Specifically, the very diverse range of work that Eddie is called upon to do requires significant ingenuity, especially now that the practice supports a significant series of projects that are international and require timeline sensitivities.
As a Scot, married to an Irishman, Christine well understands cross cultural sensitivity. She has been married to Eddie for almost 40 years and they have one son and a miniature schnauzer called ‘Jonty’. Christine and Eddie are at their happiest enjoying dog walking, exploring the English, Cotswolds, where they live, and giving good hospitality.
